Jennifer was great in so many aspects of my home purchase. Her communication skills were outstanding! She guided me step by step. She explained me the process of buying a home from the beginning to the end. She communicated well. Jennifer was always so proactive and effective. She always got back to me fast. She gone over all my strata document with me. I was very impressed with Jennifer! She was also sweet and very thoughtful. It was a pleasure to work with her and I totally recommend Jennifer Berry as a realtor!

We worked with Jennifer for our sale and purchase. She was amazing to say the least. Knew tricks to sell the home quicker, and was on the ball for all the homes we wanted to see. Professional, respectful, personable, and trustworthy. She wasn’t pushy like a lot of realtors I have spoken to before and took our calls/texts/emails anytime of the day (not sure when she slept!) Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy.

I recently purchased my first home, which can be a quite daunting, challenging and confusing process. But Jennifer helped me through the entire ordeal. She is very knowledgeable , experienced, accommodating and available for her clients at all times. Moreover, she is well conducted in the industry and has a an amazing network of people who aided me further in the process. She is very professional, practical and provided great advice about real state market of the greater Vancouver area. Not only is Jennifer a great professional to work with but also a very supportive person, I would highly recommend her any day.

After approaching Jen and seeking her advice she organized photos and a posting within a matter of days. Photo's turned out fantastic. The unit had multiple offers in less than a week and closed very efficiently. I highly recommend Jen and will be working with her in all my future properties.

Jennifer helped me with my condo purchase in June 2022. As a first-time home buyer in a crazy market, the house hunting experience definitely wasn't easy for me but Jennifer made it a lot less stressful. She is very hard working, responds quickly to my questions, and is very knowledgeable about the housing market. I am very grateful for her support. Jennifer is the best realtor to help you with your purchase or sale. There is no question in my mind why she is consistently a Top realtor in her area. In the future, I plan on doing more to invest in the Vancouver area and the one thing I do know is that I want her on my team. I always enjoy working with Jennifer and look forward to all the things she sends me. (Marketing reports, coffee cards in the fall, and St Patrick's cards in the Spring) I don't know any other realtor that cares more about her clients than Jennifer does and I can't wait to work with her again.
