Jennifer was the best agent we have ever used to buy a property. She was friendly, helpful, patient, prompt and had lots a great advice for us regarding setting up a home in Canada. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a property.

Jennifer assisted us as buyers of a apartment in Surrey BC. We had been away from Canada for a while and she filled us in on what to look for in apartments and made some great recommendations for the inspection and flooring. She set up viewing appointments and coordinated with selling agents. When we wanted to view an apartment outside of the area we had been considering she set it up for us on a Sunday and was there before we arrived having driven most of the way across Vancouver. Would I buy or sell with Jennifer again? Absolutely! Do I recommend her to assist in yourreal estate journey? Without reservation. She is one of the best agents I have met in 40 years of buying and selling real estate in three countries.

Jen was a true advocate throughout the entire process. Unlike other agents, she wasn’t just seeking a “quick” sale, but rather the “right” sale for me. She fought extremely hard to get the best deal and looked out for my best interests throughout the entire process. She was extremely helpful at every stage and always kept me well-informed. I will definitely use Jen as my agent in the future and wholeheartedly recommend her to others!

Jennifer was super awesome. She wasn't pushy and was very patient with us to find a house that fit our budget. She didn't try to push us to buy houses and she gave her honest opinion about the houses we looked at. Some of the houses she even said outright that they were beat and not worth what they were asking. We would also ask her opinion on house pricing/offers and her advice would help us decide on appropriate offers that fit in our budget. She never pushed us to increase our offers when we were competing with other buyers. She has a good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, foundation etc. It took about a year to find a house that we liked and fit our budget. It was a long journey full of crazy obstacles but Jennifer was very patient and helped us navigate through all of the craziness. If you're an independent house hunter like us but still need a realtor that's not pushy and patient, she's your gal!
