He knew where and where not to spend our money to get maximum sale price. His photographer did an amazing job with the listing photos, and in the end we had a very appealing home to put on the market in short time. We sold at our desired price point (well above what another realtor told us to list for) and throughout the closing Jeff helped us navigate each step. He gave us recommendations for surveying, a lawyer to handle the closing, and how to navigate through some tricky issues with the City of Calgary about our property survey. Jeff has an exceptional attention to detail, and this combined with his 20+ years of real estate in Calgary helped us close our deal. We felt his experience and calm disposition was invaluable to helping us sell the home where we started our family, so that we could start our new family journey in Lake Bonavista.
