She is a bit a "hard sell" when comes to sales people, but she really liked Jeff and his approach and his knowledge of the real estate market. So, I called him and asked if he would sell my place. He is a very down to earth realtor and is very honest and natural. I trusted him pretty much right away and let him lead the way. He did a phenomenal job! I would and will recommend him to my friends and neighbours.

Jeff has always been insightful on properties we visited and was reactive to quickly get answers to every question or concern we may have. During the showings we could tell he knew what to look for and ask the right questions to the vendor and neighbors. This is the first property we bought so it was particularly stressful, but Jeff was reassuring - and realistic - during the buying process, which made the whole experience easier on our nerves :-) We would definitely ask for Jeff's help again if we were to buy or sell another property in the future and we will not hesitate to recommend Jeff to any friend.
