He was knowledgeable with the current trends and explained what I could expect when my home was listed. From the get go I felt a trust and comfort working with Jeff. I knew he was fully committed. And this commitment was the case until the final sale. He did everything allowing me to relax. I was updated daily on the progress of the listing and felt very informed. Jeff guided me how to best present my home prior to open houses. I learned the art and skill of showing my home allowing potential buyers to see it as their own. Jeff negotiated a price for my home that was agreeable for me. I could not have experienced a better result. Jeff delivered. Jeff is always quick to respond to texts, emails, calls. He is considerate and kept me updated which helped ease me through the process.
