As I was considering listing my home, I reached out to her, and was very impressed with her market insight, views, and her suggestions how to maximize my sales profit. She had great suggestions, what to update in and out of the house, without being overly expensive, nor over whelming. She has a very relaxed aura, and so easy to talk with. As my daughter said, "she has a good vibe". Her complete package, staging, video, YouTube, promotional materials was above and beyond my expectations. And that is saying something, as I have worked in sales for over 35 years. I have already recommended her to friends and family.
