Considering I am not from the Peterborough area, I required a trusted agent who would guide me in making the most rationale, educated decision especially in a market that I am unfamiliar with. I am thankful for being referred to Jeanette by a friend who is also well respected in the business. Her professionalism, advice and calm demeanor allowed this process to be seamless. We felt nervous initially about acquiring our 1st rental property, but Jeanette's market knowledge gave us the confidence we needed to purchase without emotionally overpaying in a volatile market. Her advice didn't stop at the end of the "sale" as she continued to offer her resources upon closing and ongoing support when I couldn't be present at the home - we have definitely found a trustworthy agent & friend in Jeanette. Wow! Can’t believe it’s been a year since working with Jeanette. Her calming demeanour as I dragged her through the slums of Peterborough in desperate search of a place to call home. . . She guided me through the entire process. As a first time homebuyer riding the wave solo, Jeanette was always a text away. She met at houses around my schedule, knew what to look for and knew the outrageous market we were purchasing on. Jeanette really worked with me as a buyer to find a beautiful house to call home. Jeanette helped me with the purchase of my first house in June 2013. She was very involved with learning what I wanted in a property and where I wanted the property to be in the city. She narrowed down the perfect properties in the locations I wanted with all the features I expressed I needed in a home. Jeanette quickly found me the perfect house which quickly became my home. She found a place that suited all my needs and expectations. When it was time to sell in November 2020, she had my house on the market quickly and was able to sell my home and close the deal within the selling price her and I agreed. I would, without a doubt recommend Jeanette and definitely use her again for my real estate buying and selling needs.
