Jayme was a dream to work with! We were not local to the area in which we were looking to buy a home so viewing properties was a challenge. If a property of interest was listed Jayme would view it first and provide feedback on it. This allowed us to decide if we needed to make the trip out to see the property in person. Jayme provided us market analysis when asked and was honest with us about properties and what to expect in our price range. When it came time for an offer on a property she provided great feedback when we discussed a strategy on price and help aligned my spouse and I so we were on the same page! I would definitely recommend Jayme to other home purchasers in the Vernon area.

Well, first of all, I make a point of not giving 5 stars on review sites b because I want to be as honest and forthright as possible, but in this case I just can't help it. Jayme was just awesome to work with. She was attentive, always available (maybe too much - you need days off too Jayme), knowledgable of the the entire process and had a good understanding of the neighbourhoods in our community. I'm really trying hard but I can't think of a single thing I can offer that she could have done to make my experience better. I was completely happy and satisfied from start to finish. You are one of a kind Jayme! Thank you so much for the excellent service and for helping me find my new home :)

I was unable to go to Vernon for the preparation of the house for sale. Jayme took care of everything, including hiring a first-rate contractor. The house needed a fair bit of work, and between them, they did a fantastic job of getting the house ready for sale. As a result, the house sold quickly, and at a very satisfactory price. I would not hesitate to recommend Jayme to anyone buying or selling a home in the Okanagan.
