<p>Professional. Reliable. Pleasant. Those are three words describe Jay in the best way. We had an experience with him before in 2013, it’s was very pleasant. And now we contacted him again to have a sale in 2020. Good job, Jay and Team!</p>

<p>We tried selling our property previously with another realtor and weren't happy with the communication or effort. Needless to say, we sat on our listing for months without any feedback or offers. We decided to list again with another realtor and found that the experience with Herrick Real Estate Group was completely different. A lot of effort went into pricing our property appropriately for the market and we were kept in the loop through the entire process. Our property had an offer within weeks and sold within a month. We highly recommend Jay to anyone looking to sell (or buy) their next home.</p>

<p>We had such an amazing experience finding our dream home with Jay! From day one he took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for and made us feel comfortable. As first time home buyers we were nervous about the process but Jay went out of his way to explain details to us and walk us through it all with ease. We had such a fun time looking at neighbourhoods and houses and shared many laughs with Jay along the way. He made sure to keep us on track with our budget and always gave us his honest opinion. We never felt rushed looking at houses and he made sure to let us talk among ourselves as well as be nearby for any questions we needed answers for. When we found our eventual home he fought for us to get the best deal and even had his associate agent Steve come to the house and give us some contracting/renovation ideas and advice. We will certainly use Jay again in the future and highly recommend him if you want a down to earth, easy to talk to, and fun agent who goes out of his way to help you find the best house that suits your needs!</p>

<p>Jay is extremely knowledgeable and very honest when it comes to the information he’s giving you. It’s refreshing to know that even if it’s not necessarily what you want to hear, he’ll tell you the truth. He always comes very prepared to every meeting and is able to answer any question. If he doesn’t know the answer, he’ll find out for the next time you meet. My boyfriend and I will definitely be using Jay again when necessary and we would highly recommend him as a Realtor.</p>
