<p>Jay was a true professional and great to work with for our sale in Pinnacle Ridge Estates. He put together a fantastic marketing plan and we had a dozen showings in the first week. We ended up with 2 separate offers in the first 2 weeks, which I think is fantastic for a million-dollar property! To get us started, Jay gave us honest feedback on our property and provided some staging consultation, which all led to fantastic pictures and video of the home. Throughout the process, Jay was always in contact with us, arranging showings and getting feedback from the buyers. When it came to negotiation, Jay worked with us throughout the night to ensure we were getting the most value for our real estate. All in all, extremely happy with Jay and would definitely recommend!</p>
