<p>Jay made time for us on short notice and was incredibly helpful through out our fast-paced home purchase. Jay was knowledgeable, practical and patient with us two first-time homebuyers. We're fantastically happy with our new home (thanks largely to his help) and we'll definitely use him again if we ever move!</p>

<p>Jay struck me as being very professional but friendly and fair. He did the work on time that he promised to do, was punctual, and communicated appropriately and succinctly. He knew the market and took time to learn and present specifics on the neighborhood to help me with the sale. He made good suggestions but allowed me to make decisions without pressure. He proved to be accurate with predictions of the sale and timelines. I would employ him again to either sell or buy a house, and would recommend him to others.</p>

<p>Jay (Herrick) helped us with advice in getting the house ready to sell. When pricing our house, he showed us a lot of comparable so that we could gauge the perceived value to the market conditions; nailed it. Jay didn't inflate our imagination of what it was worth, nor did he undercut the value for a "quick sale"; he worked with us and valued our opinion on what we thought it was worth, in order to come up with a fair sale price.</p>

<p>Jay went above and beyond when it came to preparing our house to get ready including bringing in cleaners to perform a final run-through of the house before we listed. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail were spot on.</p>

<p>Selling our family home was a big decision for us. We were so thankful to have Jay on our side. From suggestions for preparing to sell to ensure the listing was just right, Jay went above and beyond. He spent time answering our questions and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We felt that Jay had a great understanding of the market (in unprecedented times) and did his best to educate us as far as pricing and the current trends in the market. Jay was flexible, easy to work with, and professional. He was always available to guide us through the sale. In the end, we were happy with both the sale price and sale time of our property and knew we made the right choice having Jay as our Realtor. We have a second property listing shortly and without a doubt, we will be listing with Jay.</p>
