<p>If you are looking for a great realtor, Jay is your guy. Initially, I was going to list my home with another realtor, but went with Jay after a colleague recommended him. Jay sold my condo a few weeks ago in a tough Edmonton condo market and surpassed all of my expectations. Jay is very straight forward, available, has a good sense of what his clients want, and gets the job done. Overall, Jay was everything I needed in a realtor. If you need a realtor, go with Jay. You won’t regret it.</p>

<p>Jay is, quite simply, the best real estate agent I’ve ever had. As I travel a lot for work, I don’t have time to always be in person and have to resort to calls to get things done. When I called Jay about selling my house, I told him there were still a lot of things that needed to be cleaned up, and within a few days, my house was on the market, my lawn was mowed, and all that junk in my garage I could never part with was organized and moved by Jay himself. These are just two amazing things among others that Jay has done for me as an agent. I can’t recommend him enough.</p>
