I had the pleasure of working with Jay from the move into my previous house and ultimately purchasing my first home. From the start, Jay was extremely professional and knowledgeable. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and Jay always took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable through each step of the process. I was on a tight timeline to find a home with a busy work schedule. Jay was accommodating with my availability and also facilitated my mortgage pre-approval so things could move quickly which was a huge relief. What really set Jay apart is that his support didn’t stop. I had a few concerns after the closing of my house and he didn’t hesitate to answer my questions and provide guidance which showed me how much he cares about his clients.
