Jason is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have used him for buying and selling of 2 houses and now using him for a commercial property. He is definitely my go to for any real estate needs.

We had 4 agents come through our home . We told them all we would pick amongst these 4 people. We also told them we were building a home and did not need them to find us a new home. One agent kept calling to tell us what a great find he had for our new home. Two others said straight out, they had no idea. Jason stayed and spoke with me abut what to do to show the home , and what to expect. Within a few days he wanted to show our home, even though we hadn't told him he had the listing. He wanted to show it to someone that was looking and had contacted Jason on what he wanted. A few days later, we gave Jason our listing. We staged the home, and Jason came through, and upped the price on the home! He did an open house while we were away. We came home to a price war. Thanks to Jason and his working for us, to get the best price for our home, we are now looking to move into our new build in a month. If anyone wants their home sold, Jason will be very honest with you, as to what needs to be done, and what to expect.
