He offered to meet with us in the convenience of our present home.<br /> After an initial meeting to talk about our housing hopes and preferences he set up a search website that notified us of possible properties. This was very helpful in allowing us to get a clearer sense of the state of the market we were going to be entering.<br /> From the beginning of our interaction with Jason, he coached us through every step in the process of searching for, making an offer on and negotiating the deal on our new property.<br /> After the deal was negotiated and upon our request, Jason also recommended tradespeople to carry out a home inspection as well as a flooring contractor to change out some of the flooring.<br /> We would like to recommend Jason without reservation to anyone who is looking at buying a new home.
