Jason is an absolute manipulator. Pretended to negotiate a deal for me but was in fact lying. Spoke with the sellers realtor and they mentioned Jason said he would get the buyer to raise the offer.

Jason is an outstanding realtor and person. He helped find us the perfect home in a very challenging market. He made house hunting as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.

We have worked with Jason three times buying, selling, then buying again, and he is just the best. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced both regarding the market in general, and the properties in particular. A smooth no-hiccups process, quick responses, and always with our best interest in mind. We can't recommend him enough!

Over the years we have bought and sold many different properties with multiple agents and purchasing this home was significantly more complicated than any other deal we had ever done. Jason was patient, diligent and filled with integrety and expertese as the negotiations lasted weeks.
