Would highly recommend for 1st time home buyers. Jason walks you through every step of the process, is always available when you need him, and has answers to all of your questions. He is courteous, honest, patient, and professional - overall very easy to deal with - and has a wealth of knowledge with regards to all aspects of home buying in the GTA.

We feel so lucky to have had Jason be our real estate agent and mortgage broker. He truly made the process so flawless and - dare I say - easy! He was always available to answer our questions and put us at ease. He was actually the one who found us our house! He knew what we wanted and snuck in the viewing at the end of a day of looking at homes, and we fell in love instantly!
