Jason has sold multiple homes for me and has always been knowledgeable, honest and made the whole process as easy as possible. I highly recommend using Jason if you are buying/selling a home.

Jason helped us with our first two homes and made the process easy to follow and understand. He took what we wanted/needed for our growing family and helped us understand pros and cons with each property we looked at. We have recommended him to other people we know and will continue to use him for our realty needs! He continues to check in to see how we're doing and let us know of any market updates that are important, as well as, if there are any questions we may have that link to our home.

Jason helped sell my Grandmother’s home. He couldn’t have been nicer or more professional assisting with her sale. He walked us through all the paperwork and made sure she fully understood things, and then spent quite a bit of time walking around her home, pointing out all the things we could do to make Grandma’s home sell as fast as possible. He was very kind in realizing that she had been in her home for over 40 years and there was a lot of emotion in her sale.

I cannot sing enough praise for all Jay has done for me in both selling and buying my homes. His step by step instructions with deadlines helped me stay organized and on time with all the tasks we needed to complete prior to our house being listed, the sale of our home and buying our new home. Thanks to Jay’s organization the process went smoothly. During the hunt to find a home, Jay happily set up a time efficient route to see as many homes as I needed to in order to find the one. During the viewings, Jay was able to use his experience to provide an objective opinion to help me understand all the opportunities available to me. While we aren’t in the market to buy or sell currently, Jay continues to support us in all our real estate questions. If you haven’t had Jay be a part of your real estate journey, you are definitely doing yourself a disservice.

Working with Jason to purchase my forever home was an absolutely awesome experience! I was looking for something so specific and Jason was able to narrow our search down to 5 homes that were pretty much ALL exactly what I was looking for! After one day of looking at houses I was ready to make an offer and Jason’s knowledge and experience ensured that I was able to get the house I loved with conditions to make me feel safe and secure about my purchase. I can’t picture moving anytime soon as the house he helped me find is so perfect, but I can be sure that next time I move, Jason will be my first call!
