Jarlath helped me find my dream home. He listened to me and respected what I wanted. He explained things to watch for when buying a house, and I felt he was always looking out for my best interests. Jarlath was easy to get along with, and I always felt comfortable and respected by him.

Since I was a first time homebuyer, I wasn't too sure exactly what I was looking for. I had very few must haves on my list but after Jarlath showed me numerous listings, my checklist became quite specific and long. He was extremely patient and always sending listings my way right when they hit the market. He stuck with me the entire time, almost 2 years, to find the property that worked best for me. He was always on top with sending listings specific to what I was looking for, able to look at a property at my earliest convenience, and a huge amount of patience sticking with me to the end. I can't recommend Jarlath enough! BIG 5 stars!!

Jarlath was responsive and willing to show us many properties so we could find the right one. No pressure, just honest thoughts about what we were looking at and how the various features would serve us and our particular goals.
