We were recommended to use Jarlath as our realtor by some family members who were also using him. Overall we had a great experience, we looked at places for about two weeks and were able to get an offer below asking price accepted pretty quickly on our new home! We would recommend him to anyone we knew looking to buy or sell a house. We will definitely use him again when/if we decide to sell our place!

Jarlath was exceptionally knowledgeable about the market and was patient with us while we looked at various condos over a couple of years until we found our perfect new home. Once we were ready to sell our house, he worked with us to establish a list price and assemble the various listing documents. All in all, the process could not have been smoother.
