<p>Janice was our agent for the purchase of a home on Kingfisher. We went and saw the place on a Sunday morning around 11:30 and loved it. She encouraged us to put in an offer and offered outstanding guidance towards price and timing and subjects. By roughly 4:00 PM we had an accepted contract! I fully believe that without Janice’s help we probably would have not made the perfect purchase.....</p>

<p>We had an excellent experience with Janice, she knew what we wanted out of our condo & would not take any less. She was also very helpful with getting documents and keeping us in the loop with everything that is going on.</p>

<p>Highly recommend Janice! We conducted our transaction long distance so many of the categories in the ranking system were not applicable. However in areas that we needed her assistance she was outstanding. Went over and above giving us advice specific to our situation. Would definitely use her again. 100% pleased with our experience.</p>

<p>Having never sold a property in a different town than where I lived I needed to have a realtor who was able to give me good sound advice before during and after the whole process and be able to use email , text and phone conversations. I felt very at ease with Janice and because of circumstances the way they were she was very kind and cared about my whole family.</p>
