Janice was excellent in every way! We stopped in to visit her as we were selling our Osoyoos property but we reside in Vancouver. She was friendly, took her time with us and gave us confidence on our asking price. She delivered and it was effortless process for us. I would definitely recommend Janice.

We found Janice to be extremely efficient and helpful when my aging mother had to sell her condo. Janice provided lots of advice and helpful suggestions about preparing to sell and answered all our questions along the way. She responded quickly to our calls and with her help the condo sold very quickly. Her experience meant a lot to us since we relied on her during the whole process.
