Janice is by far the hardest working and quick thinking realtor I have ever met. She always went way beyond than expected and knew what we wanted, needed and expected. Osoyoos and Oliver you need this realtor, you can’t afford not to hire her.

Janice Arnold, from the moment we were in contact with Janice she listened and understood what our requirements were. She paid close attention to our musts and wants, they were reflected in the available properties she was introducing us to. Janice represented us very professionally in our negotiations with "the Sellers" representative even when the questions became uncomfortable. Janice was always very responsive and quick to communicate any required information. We felt she was always working in our best interest. We would not hesitate to recommend Janice for her services and would definitely engage Janice in any further real estate business we may have.
