I could not have chosen a better realtor than Jane Scott for my recent home purchase. She understood my needs and wants, sometimes better than I did! She was patient, insightful, calm, and supportive. Her experience, knowledge, and understanding of the market instilled great confidence in me. Jane also has a network of related professionals such as a home inspector, and tradespeople she called upon to get answers I needed quickly so I was fully informed and confident in my purchase. An excellent communicator, Jane was always available to answer questions, and handled the business part of the transaction quickly and efficiently. She responded immediately to my calls, texts, and emails. I'm very happy in my new home, and thank Jane for being such a big help.

We found Jane to be very patient and non judgemental both of which were important to us as there were many indiosycracies in our circumstances which made our search protracted.

We met Jane several years before the purchase and sale. Even back then she was always happy to answer questions about all things real estate related. We weren't really looking to purchase just yet, but when the perfect listing became available Jane navigated us through both the purchase and sale of our home with a calm professionalism that made a stressful time much easier to weather. On the purchase side Jane kept us organized booking multiple walks through the property with various professionals while also managing communications with the selling agent, mortgage agent, and legal professionals. Every request for information or advice was answered thoroughly and promptly. On the sale side Jane and team got us from a home of 20 years to listed in 2 weeks. It's hard to transition from 'home' to 'a house that someone else wants to buy' and Jane was always compassionate with recommendations on priority tasks to make the house stand out. The listing made the house look so good we had multiple offers in the first few days. Ultimately we sold over asking and over our original expectation with minimal negotiation. Once the purchase and sale were final Jane was in contact regularly to keep us updated on next steps. She helped us stay organized during the transition and followed up several times post closing to make sure things had gone smoothly. We are so grateful that Jane and her team were there for us. There is no way that we could have found and purchased our perfect forever home without her. We never plan on moving again, but will always recommend Jane for anyone at any stage of their real estate journey.

Jane worked with us over a year and a half. She did not give up on us finding the “right place”. She’s very responsive, respectful, accommodating and positive. It was a pleasure taking this journey with her.

My wife and I have purchased 2 homes with Jane and she was the listing agent when we decided to sell the first. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.
