TL,DR Version first- I cannot rave enough about Jamie’s knowledge, professionalism, and service. He made a potentially stressful move into an easy peasy sale and purchase of our (likely) forever home. 12 out of ten would use his services again. Goes above and beyond for his clients. Long version- I honestly didn’t want to like him from the start, as I wanted to hedge my bets, and see other realtors. But alas he was a perfect fit for us, and we didn’t even bother looking elsewhere. His knowledge of the market/sales, and insightful suggestions, got us more than our asking price. Once we started looking at properties, Jamie took us to as many houses we wanted to see, some repeatedly, always in contact with any of our issues, or questions. (I swear the man doesn’t sleep). Bottom line, we met as strangers, and now will continue on as friends. You will never find a better person for the job, this I assure you. Jamie if you are able to read this, thanks again for all your time and effort to make our move a reality. I’m sure we weren’t the easiest clients to deal with.

My experience with buying a home was made extremely comfortable by Jamie’s caring personality and motivation to help you find the house that’s fits you as well as your budget. My wife and I did not in anyway feel pressured to just buy a house from Jamie to have a quick sale. He was patient and gave us a number of options so we could make an informed choice. His attention to the needs of his clients is incredible and we felt very lucky and privileged to have him as our agent. It’s like looking for a house with a friend that really cares. After we found our dream house the service didn’t stop. He messaged us to see how we were settling in and to see if we were happy with our new home. Jamie was a great agent to work with and had my condo sold 2 weeks on the market. He is open and honest about everything which allowed me to set realistic expectations about the condo selling process. Communication was always prompt. If you’re looking for an agent who has a great personality and can get the job done look no further. I would use Jamie again without question.
