It was my great pleasure to meet Jamie a year ago when my kids were purchasing their first home. Several months later I needed to sell my home and purchase another one in a very short period of time and Jamie came to mind immediately. I was totally overwhelmed at the process but he walked me through it and I was reassured immediately it would all work out and I was in good hands. He does all the 'tough stuff' behind the scenes so you can focus on the rest of life at this stressful time. I was fortunate to find a new home in an area I hadn't considered.. and it's perfect for me. The sale of a house can be so stressful but Jamie is knowledgable about the process and each time we communicated I felt at ease and had a clearer picture as to what was about to happen next. He meets you where you are in your journey of the sale and I believe he treats each sale/purchase as if it was his personally. He wants to meet your expectations as a purchaser/ buyer but because of his experience will guide you so you understand what is also reasonable. I always felt the decisions I had to make in selling /buying a home, were based on information that was current and reliable based on Jamie's experience. Jamie is professional but also very personable and when it's over you've made a friend.

Jamie was absolutely fantastic in helping us find our first home in Canada. He was very honest in his opinions, always available and most importantly made sure that we were not rushed in our decisions. Looking at houses with Jamie was like being shown around by a close friend who only wishes us well. He made sure that even in our haste to buy a house, we didn't waste money where it was not needed. He went above and beyond his role as an agent in our case for sure. Being new to Canada and not knowing anyone here never seemed to be an issue for us because Jamie was always there to point us in the right direction. In a tough condo market, Jamie was able to secure a buyer for the apartment condo very quickly with a quick possession date - just what we were looking for.
