I was very pleased having chosen Jamie to be our agent in the search for a house for a family member. He was readily available and arranged showings quickly. He knew what the market was doing and was able to answer any of our questions. With his expertise we were able to get the house we wanted. This is the second time I used him. Jamie is amazing. Personable, charismatic, punctual, and professional. I was really stressed out when we decided to sell our home - thinking of the to-do list (finishing all of those jobs we never got around to finishing up, cleaning, staging, painting), whist juggling work, life, and a toddler... it all seemed totally overwhelming. Within the first 5 minutes of meeting with Jamie, I was completely at ease. He's clearly an expert in his field, has confidence with and a firm understanding of the current market, and isn't afraid to be 100% honest with his clients. His attention to detail, and friendly management of buying agents made the whole experience a breeze. Professionalism aside, Jamie is plainly an awesome guy. He immediately made us feel like family, and that the sale of our home was THE most important thing on his mind. Most importantly - he made the whole experience enjoyable, and FUN!! Will absoultely be using Jamie for future buying/selling, and would enthusiasticly recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Jamie!
