Jamie was a pivotal part of me finding my perfect first home! Despite the market being crazy, we got my house at asking price. He was punctual, so quick to respond to any queries, and always did everything with a smile! Buying a house right now can be discouraging and difficult, but Jamie’s attitude made the whole process feel less daunting and kept it exciting. You can’t buy good vibes, but Jamie got me a house with good vibes built in.

Jamie is a great agent! He was punctual for all appointments and always responded quickly to any requests/texts that we sent. His real value was in his counsel regarding the house that we eventually bought. Had he not been proactive we wouldn't have won our bid on our house.

He has done so well, communicating with me, my property management company, and my tenants. He arranged the photos and viewings all without me having to lift a finger. He recommended the best way to get a bidding war which I agreed with and it worked amazingly well, my house sold within a week of Jamie posting it for significantly more than the asking price. For anyone in Winnipeg who can snap him up as their realtor, I highly recommend it, I know I will miss him on all my future transactions.
