Jamie is all round amazing! We knew when we met him back in 2015 and he helped us purchase our second property that in him we had a reliable realtor we could count on for all our real estate needs. Fast forward 2 years after that he helped us sell one of our properties in record time and fast forward another 4 years he has helped us sell another property. He is very professional, efficient and has a great personality! We love him and highly recommend him!

Upon meeting Jamie I loved that he listened to exactly what I wanted. I was very specific and consider myself picky and thought it would take a very long time to find exactly what I was looking for. He gets to know you, understand you and your likes and dislikes. In knowing that the homes I wanted to look at were going to sell too high over asking I wanted to back out of my first appointment but he suggested we look at my first picks so that I could become familiar with the area and the market. When finding the home I eventually purchased, it was easy! Easy to get in to see the home (appointments required during covid), all the questions I had were easily answered, and the purchase just seemed like it was meant to be. I am so happy that a friend referred Jamie to me, and I think everyone should work with him!!

Jamie was a pivotal part of me finding my perfect first home! Despite the market being crazy, we got my house at asking price. He was punctual, so quick to respond to any queries, and always did everything with a smile! Buying a house right now can be discouraging and difficult, but Jamie’s attitude made the whole process feel less daunting and kept it exciting. You can’t buy good vibes, but Jamie got me a house with good vibes built in.

Jamie is a great agent! He was punctual for all appointments and always responded quickly to any requests/texts that we sent. His real value was in his counsel regarding the house that we eventually bought. Had he not been proactive we wouldn't have won our bid on our house.
