<p>First, I have used the services, of Jamie Ruff, several times over the years for the following:<br /> a) For my husband & I buying and selling our homes<br /> b) For my elderly parents and my husband's elderly parents selling their homes<br /> c) For clients who were moving new employees into Calgary</p> <p>Because Jamie did such a good job selling our first home and, at the same time, my elderly parents' home, I consistently have called on him for our real estate needs. He is honest, knows the market, does his research thoroughly, communicates extremely well, and, his pricing has been perfect. He was very good with our elderly parents and treated them with respect - they trusted him and he made them feel at ease. We felt like he was looking after them - and he was. He was so kind with them.</p> <p>He gave us very good advice when negotiating both the sale and purchase of our homes and he adds that level of practicality and reason. Buying and selling a home is a big deal and he just puts you at ease. With our elderly parents' homes, he was able to let them, almost exactly, know what money they could expect to receive; he was able to do that with us too.</p> <p>I have so much respect for Jamie, that I recommended him to clients who were moving people into Calgary. I always received positive feedback from these business clients. I happen to know some of those customers have become long-term friends - they liked him that much.</p> <p>In addition to Jamie's business acumen and expertise, and knowledge of the real estate industry and market, Jamie is simply a pleasure to work with; he's personable, has a great sense of humour and a very high-energy level - he works very hard. I am pleased to recommend him to anyone.</p>
