We were interested in finding property on an Island to retire to & we found some realtors more interested in selling the condo here in Vancouver and not that interested in helping find our dream home. Well James is amazing as we did find a place on Cortes Island we loved and because of his great personality he developed a good rapport with the agent who was selling the property who normally does not like dealing with Vancouver agents. James recommended our offer & it was accepted. Our building inspector for the property is coming up & James is going to meet us up there to make sure that everything is good. I would highly recommend as a outstanding agent, human being, fun & made this whole transaction smooth with really no stress. With out James this purchase would not have happened.
