We purchased a home with the help of Mr. James Goode between December 2024 and January 2025. During our experience Mr. Goode supplied intelligent and insightful guidance as international buyers we are new to the area. He made himself available for our every need and request. He smoothed the way through a rather challenging purchasing process following our accepted offer and contract. I simply cannot provide high enough praise for my experience working with him and highly recommend his services.

James was a joy to work with and he helped me find the perfect home. Working with James was especially great as a first time home buyer. I had absolutely no idea how the process worked and James guided me through every step, recommending excellent mortgage brokers, home inspectors, lawyers, etc. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and highly accessible when I needed him. He was also there to support me when things felt hard or scary. I wholeheartedly recommend working with James! He’s an excellent realtor and a really great person.

James, was by far the most efficient, communicative, knowledgeable, professional and fabulous agent we could have ever asked for. He was always one step ahead of us with I formation needed. He had detailed lists of "to do's". He also had a shoulder to comfort when parts got tough and emotional. I can not say enough about the pure joy and respect we have for James. We got everything we wanted and so much more, from great photography to social media that was off the charts. If you need a consummate professional, a friend and a hard worker well you get that with James. Thank you James from the bottom of our hearts for helping us make such a huge life change.
