Jake was very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. He made time for everyone involved in the process of buying the house and even set up additional viewings of the property when everyone could not be there at the same time. He also returned phone calls on the same day. Jake was nice to my whole family even my young kids when looking at houses. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone who is looking for an agent. He takes time and does very intensive research on all properties you are interested in. He was aware of school districts and which schools had good reputations. Overall I was very satisfied with Jake in our purchase of a new home.

He was great at explaining the process step by step as we were a bit clueless! He was not pushy at all but was very honest with what we needed to do in order to get our house in such a busy housing market.
