Jake really was in our corner and had our back throughout the process of finding a place for us in Coldstream. He actively worked with us, as we tried to figure out what kind of property and where it would be located. He was patient and supplied the info we wanted and answered all the questions that we had about listings that we were interested in. We looked at properties over several months - both while in the community for a few days and while we looked at listings on line. I am a bit of a details guy, and Jake was great at getting further info or answers to my questions. It took some time and Jake stuck with us until we found the property that is as close as it gets as a perfect fit for us. Jake consistently demonstrated the kind of values, honesty, integrity, compassion, and professionalism that other realtors should take note of, then do their best to emulate (both personally and professionally. Jake also consistently proved himself in deserving our high rating of his performance as our Real Estate agent. We highly recommend him. As a measure of our recommendation - if we decide to buy other property in the North Okanagan, Jake is the only realtor we will work with.

Jake was great to work with! He was always in contact when you needed him to be and was very helpful. I tend to have anxiety issues, and he was always very understanding, which was much appreciated. We had a very unique property to sell in an interesting market, but our combined teamwork made it happen. Jake has a lot of experience and it shows. We would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone wanting to buy and/or sell!
