Honest person with clear understanding of client needs . He helped us buy our first home in Canada . We were looking for an agent who would be the first to guide us in selecting which properties will suit and which properties won't . Most realtors would recommend every other property just for the sake of a sale . I am glad that this was not the case with him and this was one of the defining factors which prompted us to go ahead with him . We are very happy with our decison to go with him .
