Jackson is forthright, professional and extremely knowledgeable. You can always expect an honest answer from him, which was huge for me. When viewing homes he was able to share his knowledge and background in building, and his lived experience of having recently purchased a home and the process of doing a lot of the work himself. I can't express how much of a difference having him on my side made as I purchased my first house. Not to mention he has a lot of resources that he willingly shares re: recommendations for contractors etc. I highly recommend working with him!
