I was understandably a little bit anxious throughout the process of buying my first home and Jackson was gentle, supportive and kind throughout the entire experience. I always felt that he had time to go through things slowly with me to make sure I was feeling 100% comfortable. I am so, so grateful for these traits of his personality as I feel it made the whole process so much easier. His expertise about the Kootenay area real estate market was astounding, and I trusted his input and guidance throughout our time working together.
