Jackson was referred to us by our first realtor . As a result, Jackson was working for us and not making a full commission. Jackson Is wise beyond his years . He has : integrity and is honest, is attentive to detail, and worked well with my daughter who was a first time buyer. He gave us so much of his time even though he was not making the full commission. Jackson's priority was to have a " Happy Client " . I am happy to highly refer Jackson as a great realtor and one you should consider choosing above others who may appear to be older but maybe not wiser.

Our limiting budget and strict criteria made for a search that lasted well over a year before we found the right home for us. Jackson was with us every step of the way. He was prompt with showings, well-researched with listings, and diligent with follow up. He patiently addressed all of our questions and concerns, and made the process a lot more palatable for First Time Home Buyers like ourselves.

Jackson is a very personable and professional agent. He knows the market very well and has good insight about the local area, bylaws and zoning. Our property choice started out very diverse and he gladly showed us all properties we asked to see. Jackson did a great job showing houses and working around our schedule, the only thing I would say you could work on is closing the deal, advising buyers where they need to be on price point to get the deal closed.
