Being first time home buyers, my girlfriend and I were not sure what to expect. Jack made the buying process so easy and stress free. We saw a home we liked, visited, fell in love with it, and bought it. It was that simple. Jack was always available to help us with any questions or concerns (tips on how we should negotiate, areas that we should avoid buying in). He was also very quick to get things moving, making room in his schedule for us and sending us all the necessary document as quickly as possible. Not only is he very efficient, but he was always in a good mood, always happy to see us, and has a great, positive energy. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and we intend to contact him as soon as we are back on the market.
