Being new to the region I had no experience or feedback on any realtor. I read Jack's bio and spoke with him to see if he and I would be a good personality fit. I wanted someone who quickly understood what I wanted and would work hard to find a house that matched me without being too pushy. I was from out of town and did not have days to spend looking, I needed to zero in quickly and make a purchase. Jack was great! We looked at one house and he immediately knew what I wanted and helped me find the right location and type of home. He knows the region extremely well and advised me against certain neighbourhoods because they did not match my needs list. He is relaxed and easy to talk to, but very focused and determined in finding the right home and making the right fit for the buyer. He doesn't waste time and maintains regular contact with his clients. I will work with him again in a heartbeat.
