<p><br /> Jack is truly an amazing realtor. First he has been around Grande Prairie forever and has seen the ups and downs the market has taken. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to houses. He will not bullshit you. He took the time to look at places with me, pointed out flaws that I would have never seen, told me when he thought houses where overpriced, or a good deal. I never felt for one second pressure to buy anything. He took his time and looked at many many houses with me until we found something that was just perfect! You can tell he does this for the love of this job and people! My whole family has bought and/or sold with Jack. Would never trust anyone else ! Truly amazing realtor ! Can’t wait to start enjoying my new home !</p>

We have used Jack to sell two homes and would highly recommend him. He is very experienced and professional. He takes the time to answer all questions and with his experience always makes us feel confident throughout the whole process. My absolute favourite thing about using Jack are his negotiation skills, he takes the lead and both times has gotten us exactly what we were expecting without us having to do any work or stress out about it. There are so many reasons I would recommend Jack but that is my top one. That is where his experience really works for us. Thank you Jack, if only we could take you to Kamloops with us!

Jack was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and solely interested in helping us find our new home. Jack worked quickly when ours plans changed and had a full set of homes for us to view, which led to us finding our perfect home. Jack's knowledge of the area and the market were a huge help and he found us a home inspector and lawyer making the process extremely easy to navigate!

Jack was absolutely amazing. He didn’t waste my time with pricing. We were pricing to sell and that’s exactly what he did. His team was great with communicating regarding showings and feedback. Was very honest as to what we needed to do to sell. Great experience. Definitely a recommend!!!
