Jack is a long term experienced representative for several of my real estate transactions over the years. His knowledge and professionalism is what makes my decision to choose him as my realtor an easy one.

Jacks knowledge of Grande Prairie and experience make him a great realtor. I wanted a realtor who has roots in Grande Prairie, knows the area and people well, and has a solid reputation which is what I received. I sold my home and bought a new home with Jack and the process couldn’t have been smoother. For the purchase, he was able to get us very close to the price we wanted within an hour of signing the original offer, and he set up the home inspection with a reputable inspector that fit our busy schedules. For the sale, we had multiple offers and accepted an asking price offer 4 days after the listing was posted. I should add, two of my neighbors had listed their homes with other agents over two weeks before me and they’re still for sale after my sold sign went up.

Jack is the BEST. He’s very upfront, direct and very customer oriented. He’s also super knowledgeable and knows how to explains the process so it’s not overwhelmingly. I’m a difficult client and he addressed my personality with ease :)
