My husband and were very pleased with the whole process of leasing out our house through Jack Lam , real estate agent/ broker from Realmax. Jacki is very timely & helpful in replying to all our questions . She will do her best to provide relevant information so that clients can make informed decision . We felt that our decision was respected . Even though we have 2 offers after the second week of leasing , we had to decline them because they did not meet our criteria . Jackie was very professional and patient in giving us the time to wait for more offers . We are very happy that we have found a good tenant and we are very pleased with Jackie and her team from RealMax .

I purchased my first home with Jacki almost 9 years ago. My experience with her then and watching her grow as an agent and active community member over the years made it an easy choice to contact her again when we decided to look for houses. Jacki was accommodating to our busy family schedule, patiently took us to numerous houses over the course of a few weeks, and was outstanding to deal with during negotiations on the purchase of the home that is just perfect for our family! And when it came time to list and sell our house the process exceed any of my expectations.
