If you’re looking for a real estate agent who actually gets it, look no further. From day one, Jackie was always on top of her game. She was quick to reply, flexible with scheduling, and we felt zero pressure. Whether it was late-night questions about listings or last-minute showings, Jackie showed up every time with patience and good energy. It honestly felt like she was just as invested in finding the right place as we were. What really stood out to us was how honest she was with us. There was no confusing jargon, no hidden surprises, just straight-up advice and transparency. She took the time to break things down so we actually understood what was happening. This made the entire process way less intimidating. We were navigating a difficult market where home prices were constantly fluctuating and the market was not easy for us to navigate alone. Jackie provided us with advice and facts that aided us in making decisions that were in our best interest. Although we felt nervous, we knew she had our backs. We trusted that her years of experience would guide us on the right path. Jackie not only sold our home but helped us in finding our forever home. She held firm with our budget and when presenting offers refused to back down from tough negotiations. She was strategic, professional, and got the deal done smoothly. If you want someone who’s dedicated, easy to talk to, and truly has your back, Jackie is it. 10/10 would recommend.  This is especially true if you’re a first time home buyer and want someone who makes the process feel manageable. Although it is difficult to put your emotions aside, Jackie kept us in check and ensured that we were on track every step of the way.
