I can't say enough how awesome Jackie was to have as my agent. She probably went through at least 50 homes with me and was completely patient and honest through every single one of them. She pointed out everything she could that was flawed with each house, things I would never think of and it was extremely helpful. She learned quickly what I liked and didn't like and sent me many options that fit my wants and needs. It's very obvious she takes pride in what she does and cares about the people she works with. I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could. To top it all off she gave me a very nice decorative house warming gift that SHE MADE! And a few months later mailed me a Christmas ornament. Jackie was truly awesome to deal with and I will be recommending her to everyone I know looking for a house in Lloydminster and surrounding area.

Jackie was an amazing realtor! The only two categories I did not score her a five have an explanation and they are: Neighborhood - We were not looking for a specific neighborhood. The day moved in there was a file folder containing all of the school information we would need, a map of the city and some different brochures. Negotiation - We were dealing with a very tough seller and market is not buyer friendly! However Jackie did find all that we wanted at a price we could afford (which we thought was impossible). If we ever had to sell or buy again in the city we would definitely be using Jackie.
