Irina suggested some improvements to my parents,neglected 60 year old house,that didn't break the bank,and made it much more appealing to potential buyers;including replacing kitchen and entranceway flooring,removing old basement tiles,and putting in carpeting,refinishing main floor and 1 set of stairs,new kitchen appliances,sinks in washrooms,and painting throughout;brought an old/tired house,back to life. Her professional contacts,eg.,electrician,painters,refinishers,were prompt,and did excellent work.

Irina recently helped me sell my townhouse (after renting it out in previous years), and I could not have asked for a better partner in the process. She coordinated everything needed to get the home ready for market, from paint to cosmetic updates, and handled it all seamlessly. Thanks to her preparation, pricing strategy and thoughtfulness, we received strong interest immediately and sold the property on the first day. My family and I have worked with Irina for years, and she continues to prove why she is my go-to real estate agent. I highly recommend Irina, and am sure my family will one day use her again!
