We are so lucky we had Imran as our realtor! Our transaction was quite complicated. We had very specific requirements, as a large family we needed at least 5 bedrooms, wanted to stay within 4 neighborhoods in the NW and had to be within a budget. Imran was patient at showing us multiple properties, was proactive on listings that just came to the market which would fit our requirements, booked showings right away, replied to all our messages immediately and never missed a call. When we finally did find a property that worked for us Imran helped us compete with another offer that came through. We had initially planned to sell our existing house with him as well and Imran didn't waste anytime to get our house ready and presentable for showings. However, we changed our mind about selling and Imran helped us with refinancing it instead. He was there every step of the way following up with mortgage brokers and the other party to ensure our deal remained in place. We were extremely satisfied with the level of service we got from him and the sincerity he treated our transaction with! He is now our realtor for life and those who get to share their experience with him will definitely say the same!

Imran’s as solid as they come. No bullshit straight shooter who knows his products, knows the areas and learns people quicker than you can imagine! He got the perfect house for us, in the exact area we needed(for consistency with school for my son) for less than we expected-after it had already been tenatively sold to someone else. He knew how we felt about the place(was “sold” hours before we saw it- still got us in to see it and loved it)Deal fell through afterwards a few weeks-he had been watching it and go us in again on a Sunday night before it was relisted Monday morning and had an offer in boom boom.
