I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Ian and his team. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the area we purchased (rural) and the neighbourhood we sold (Barrhaven). During the purchase process, Ian was readily available whenever we needed him. Showing times were quick to book and always in the time frame we requested. He went above and beyond to ensure we secured the house of our dreams. When it came to selling our house, he gave great staging advice, and even offered a bit of furniture to make the place look just perfect. The pictures and videos turned out incredible and we had it sold within 4 days. I am very grateful to Ian and his team and so happy we chose him to be our agent.
