With his years of experience, he was well aware of current market trends, and was able to instruct us on the the best way to go about placing our house on the market. He researched the prices of similar houses in our area and the final selling price of comparable homes, in order to come up with a realistic listing price for our townhome.</p> <p>As he predicted, a bidding war ensued, and we ended up receiving multiple offers on our town-home. Ian's detailed knowledge in the real estate market allowed him to go through each and every detail of the different offers we received, which allowed us to accept an offer well above listing price.</p> <p>We are a military family and would recommend Ian Stirling and his team to any of our friends who are buying or selling their homes.</p>
