I very much would recommend Holly Kinch if you are in need of the services of a real estate agent. I only recently met Holly, she was recommended to me and I was quite happy with her level of professionalism. She worked in a very timely manner on my listing, communicated openly and provided me with good information to make sound decisions. I found she gave good ideas in regards to items to address before listing and the whole transaction was completed within a 6 week period. I would not hesitate to use her services again, and I think that is my bottom line. I wouldn't recommend someone unless I felt strongly that the person had done a good job for me.
