If I could give Helen more than 5 stars on this platform, I would. I'm not sure how we originally connected with Helen, or who introduced us, but the best decision we ever made was to work with Helen on all our real estate transactions over the years. Not only is Helen the consummate professional on all levels, she provides a wealth of experience, keen negotiating skills, clear communications, and wise counsel. It's her wise counsel we followed when we moved to Penticton to be closer to our youngest son and his family. She urged us not to sell our condo in North Vancouver, but rather to test-drive Penticton for a year and then make the decision. As it turned out, my son and his family moved back to the Lower Mainland, and we followed a year later moving back into our condo, which we had rented out while we were gone. It's not about the money for Helen; it's about helping her clients make the right financial decisions for the right reasons. Helen is the crown jewel of real estate, and we recommend her highly.

I met Helen almost 20 years ago, accompanying my father on his many real estate explorations. Out of the many agents we met, Helen stood out in the crowd because of her genuine interests in what best serves her clients. I kept Helen’s contact and fast forward to 2024 when we had to list our parents family home, we engaged Helen, and it was the best decision we made. Helen is the consummate professional, comes prepared with facts and figures. She has the details and the big picture. She says what she is going to do and more. In fact, she undersells herself. Helen is with you from the start to the finish with one good advice after another - all doled out with humour and gentle firmness. The presentation package for our home was beautifully put together to showcase our family home. In a buyers market, Helen set the price right, and a bidding process that generated multiple ( 10 ) offers, all but one above asking. The house was sold in one day and within a month of our initial meeting. Every resource on Helen’s team that she recommended was exceptional, like her - from staging, to window and carpet cleaning to professional packing. Helen rolled her sleeves up in many instances to assist personally, like finding a good home for our family piano, babysitting the piano move as well as window cleaners & other contractors when we could not be at the house. Selling a home is an emotional journey. With Helen, you know that you are in safe harbour, with a pit bull standing on guard for you on the docks ;-). Helen said that she will be our ‘boots’ on the ground. She certainly is, and they are big big boots for anyone else to fill. Helen is one of a kind, an incredibly dedicated realtor whom knows the business and takes her clients interests to heart. She works very diligently, understands what actions (cleaning, painting, trim, styling, lighting) are needed to sell a property at the right price. We listened to Helen and followed all of her recommendations and she delivered on the sale of our property. She is a remarkable realtor and has the most postive personality, always looking at the bigger picture and keeping seller stress levels at bay. They were honest and knowledgeable about home value and potential and kept our expectations realistic during a seller’s market. We never felt pressured into over bidding and we were eventually able to secure a home that met all of our needs within our budget. Whether you are a seller or a buyer, Helen and John truly care about their clients and have their best interest at heart. I can say from experience, they will work nonstop until your home buying or selling needs are met.

Helen was referred to us by Frances Frost and what a great choice for the sale of our 55+ condo. Helen is remarkably friendly, professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented . She was available quickly when we needed to communicate with her and facilitated our sale efficiently. We had multiple offers and sold above our asking price. Helen is a master at marketing our condo and provided lots of advice as well as 4 hours with a professional stager. (Gayle was brilliant!) Helen organized the timing of the photo shoot, gave me the names of several reputable cleaners and carpet cleaning people, and brought flowers! All this in a process that took just 4 weeks from our initial meeting to signing the contract. My husband and I are confident in highly recommending Helen.
