We just experienced the 3rd - however working with Helen and John made the process a pleasure, their professional acumen and steady guidance made the sale and purchase of our home, always a roller coaster ride, but with laughter and most certainly, meeting and exceeding our requests and expectations. Besides being such a pleasnant person to work with she has proven to be exceptionally capable in the most difficult of circumstances. We live in Northern California but want to relocate to North Vancouver to be close to family. Helen has shown us either personally or online almost every property for sale meeting our objectives during the past 1 1/2 years. We had numerous tax issues that a referral to a specialized cross border accountancy firm clarified and resolved for us. She also brought in legal contacts to guide us through the closing process. Managing all this during the Covid 19 epidemic has been extraordinarily difficult when residing in California.
